My little one is one hell of a fussy eater but she loves everything cheese. She is so obsessed with cheese that I think, if I just write 'cheese' on a paper and ask her to eat it up, she will eat that too! She is not the only cheese lover at our home though, her mother likes cheese too, can't blame her  ;-)

Yesterday I made these super cheesy buns for a quick snack. The combination of crusty buns and the melting cheese was surreal. Try it and let me know how you liked it.

Chef's notes:
  • This can be made using sandwich bread too.
  • Add any other vegetable that you like, mushrooms, tomatoes or even shredded carrots and cabbages can be great additions.
  • You can use some chopped walnuts in the spread for some crunch.
  • You can sprinkle some herbs too.
