GARDEN SALAD
The salad derives its name from the fact that it can be easily prepared by using vegetables that can be grown in the garden. Simple and earthy, I make this salad using fresh veggies, some of which are from my garden. The salad looks colorful and the no-fuss dressing makes it even more awesome. There is nothing much to say about this one, this is actually pretty straightforward but it can be a great accompaniment to any type of baked, roasted or grilled protein. The salad being so basic, you can be as creative as you can get, add your favorite veggies, add herbs, add flavoring spices, almost anything!
