GREEK SALAD
Traditionally known as the Horiatiki salad, the Greek salad is made with cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese. People around the world have adopted this simple yet delicious salad as per their taste, leading to variations like addition of bell peppers or avocado or lettuce but simply put, the Greek salad is the best. It can be prepared in 10 minutes and the dressing is simple and infused with everything Mediterranean.
I love to experiment with different types of salads but this one is my all-time favorite. The original recipe is awesome, but, I have tweaked small bits of the original recipe to create my version. I hope you all will try it and let me know how you liked my version.

- If you think red onion is too pungent, soak them in vinegar or water for 20 minutes, strain and use.
- You can add lemon zest if you prefer.
- You can also add dried herbs for extra flavor.
